HR Specialist (Immediate joiner is a must)

Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Human Resources within a similar role.

✅ Strong knowledge and practical experience in all core HR functions, including:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Employee Relations
• Onboarding and Offboarding
• Performance Management
• HR Administration and Documentation
• Compensation and Benefits
• HR Policies and Compliance
• Training and Development

✅ Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable visa.

✅ Available for immediate joining.

✅ Qatar Driving License is an advantage.

✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
