Accountant

Job Title: Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Director

Job Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 3 years of UAE experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, VAT compliance, receivables control, and financial reporting for a hospitality staffing company. The ideal candidate must have strong QuickBooks knowledge and sound understanding of UAE VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks
• Manage invoicing, receipts, supplier payments, and reconciliations
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on collections
• Prepare VAT workings and ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit support
• Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce
• Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience
• Strong QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel skills
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and tax compliance
• Experience in accounts finalization and audit coordination
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must have UAE Driving Licence

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality staffing/manpower supply industry
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and payroll accounting
