Job Title: Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, invoices, and company records. The candidate will support financial operations by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely processing of payments and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash and daily cash records.
  • Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of invoices and financial documents.
  • Maintain sales, expenses, and ledger records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Record transactions in the accounting system or Excel.
  • Coordinate with management regarding payments, collections, and invoices.
  • Assist in salary preparation and expense tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / BBA / equivalent).
  • 1–2 years of accounting or invoicing experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
