We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations of Oman.

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the finance team in achieving accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, WHT, etc.) and compliance with local financial regulations
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions
- Handle payroll accounting and coordinate with HR when required
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records
- Support management with financial data and insights for decision-making
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA, CPA) are a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, Oman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
