Accountant

We are hiring an experienced Accountant with strong accounting knowledge, preferably with Zoho Books experience and background in a manufacturing or factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete accounting records using Zoho Books
• Handle accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Record daily financial transactions related to factory operations
• Monitor production costs and factory expenses
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Manage supplier invoices, payments, and expense records
• Support budgeting, cash flow, and audits

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Manufacturing or factory accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting and cost control
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented and reliable
