Position responsibilities:

  • Suitable age (preferably not senior).
  • Intelligent and quick learner.
  • Energetic, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong knowledge of all financial and accounting matters.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, managing expenses, monitoring revenues, and inventory control.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and computer applications.
  • Responsible, committed, and professional in dealing with others.
  • Preparing monthly and annual accounts
  • Corporate document maintenance
  • Projecting cost calculations
  • Costing for projects
  • Data gathering
  • Receiving and storing invoices
  • Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
  • Compute figures to determine balance, differences, adjustments, reviewing and totals to reconcile all transactions at the end of each day.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the company’s petty cash operations through proper inspection and payments of bills, receipts and cash count.
  • Follow up with customer for the pending payments, the reconciliation of customer account, and generating customer invoices

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors of Commerce or any related field
  • 2-3 years accounting experience.
  • Excellent MS Excel capabilities
