Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized female Accountant to manage our financial records while also supporting front-desk operations. This is a dual role, perfect for someone who enjoys both numbers and customer interaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle all accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and managing financial records
• Monitor daily sales and cash flow
• Prepare reports for management as needed
• Manage front desk duties, including welcoming clients and handling appointments
• Assist clients with inquiries and salon services when needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for clients

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (due to salon environment)
• Previous accounting experience, ideally in retail or service industry
• Proficient in English (mandatory)
• Arabic and Russian (plus)
• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to multitask and handle both accounting and reception duties
