Job Opening: Accountant – Fire Stopping Services (UAE Experience Required)

Job Summary

Vortexen is seeking a well-experienced Accountant with UAE experience in fire stopping, construction, or industrial services. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, system-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end accounting functions aligned with UAE compliance and project-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for fire stopping projects
• Handle project-wise costing, margin tracking, and expense control
• Manage invoicing, collections, and receivables follow-up
• Ensure VAT compliance, filing, and documentation as per UAE regulations
• Coordinate with operations and site teams for job cost verification
• Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and management reports
• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness at all times
• Work with ERP/accounting systems (Zoho Books / Tally / similar)

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience as an Accountant
• Prior experience in Fire Stopping / Construction / MEP / Industrial services is compulsory
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance
• Experience handling project-based accounting
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred Profile

• Candidates currently in UAE or available for immediate joining
• Experience working with Civil Defence–related projects is an advantage
• System-oriented, detail-focused, and deadline-driven professionals only

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: As per UAE market standards (based on experience)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
