Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing company financial records, project accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records for construction projects
• Prepare project cost reports and budget tracking
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage subcontractor payments and supplier invoices
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Ensure VAT compliance and tax filings
• Assist with audits and financial documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in construction companies
• Knowledge of project costing and construction accounting
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
• Good communication and organizational skills
