Accountant

We are looking for an accountant with a solid experience in automotive industry who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company financial operations. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective control of inventory, revenue, and expenses related to vehicle sales, service, and spare parts operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Record and reconcile vehicle sales transactions.

2. Reconcile vehicle inventory accounts.

3. Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.

4. Monitor cash flow and financial performance.

5. Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.

6. Oversee supplier payments and customer receivables.

7. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

8. Monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

9. Conduct regular vehicle and spare parts inventory reconciliation.

10. Prepare documents for internal and external audits.

11. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial statements.

12. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 1–3 years of accounting experience (automotive industry preferred).

· Proficiency in SAP software.

· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

· Knowledge of VAT regulations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
