Position: Accountant
Location: Work From Home (Initial Period)

Job Overview:
Grand Line International Trading is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, accounting entries, and reporting. The selected candidate will initially work remotely and support the company’s accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and expense records.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management.
• Manage accounting entries and reports through the Zoho accounting platform.
• Assist with tax-related documentation, compliance, and reporting where required.
• Maintain accurate records of company financial data and support audit requirements if necessary.

Work Arrangement:

• The position will initially be Work From Home (WFH).
• The employee will work remotely for approximately 8–9 months.
• Based on performance and company requirements, the employee may be called to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to work on-site with the company.

Salary:

• INR 40,000 per month during the Work From Home period.
• Salary and benefits will be reviewed and increased once the employee relocates to the UAE to work at the company office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience working with Zoho accounting platforms (Zoho Books).
• Knowledge of tax-related accounting and compliance procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Note:
The company will evaluate the employee’s performance during the Work From Home period. Based on satisfactory performance, the employee may be offered the opportunity to relocate and work at the company office in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 per month
