Accountant

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing company accounts, financial reporting, VAT compliance, payroll, and supporting overall financial operations in accordance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
• Handle UAE VAT calculations and VAT return submissions
• Process payroll through WPS and manage EOSB
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and project costs
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial and labour regulations
• Track project costs and expenses.
• Assist in cost analysis and profitability reports.
• Coordinate with project managers on budgets and variations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years UAE experience in construction, MEP, HVAC, or engineering preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and WPS
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
