Accountant

OVO Luxury Signature is a premium fashion house based in Dubai specializing in luxury garments and bespoke tailoring. We are seeking a detail oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure compliance, and support financial decision making as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
• Monitor company expenses, budgets, and cost control measures
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Coordinate with management on financial planning and reporting
• Manage payroll coordination and supplier payments
• Assist with audits and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books - MANDATORY
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred

• Experience in fashion, retail, or manufacturing industry
• Experience with inventory accounting and cost control

Salary
AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 depending on experience
