Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our organization .The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, supporting financial reporting, and reviewing payroll-related data to ensure accuracy in coordination with the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily accounting entries and review financial transactions.

  • Prepare periodic bank reconciliations.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

  • Monitor expenses and vendor accounts.

  • Review payroll data and ensure accuracy before processing payments.

  • Coordinate with the HR department regarding salary-related changes such as allowances, deductions, and leave.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements - Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting.

  • Previous exposure to payroll review or payroll-related processes is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems as Microsoft dynamic 365

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
