Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in Odoo ERP and hands-on experience in the retail, trading, or distribution industry. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support inventory and cost control processes within a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL entries)
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage VAT/tax filings and compliance
• Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and margins
• Work closely with operations and warehouse teams for stock control
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within Odoo ERP
• Assist in audits and financial reviews
  
  
  

Skills :

• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP system
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Background in retail, trading, or distribution companies
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost control
• Knowledge of VAT/tax regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
  
  

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA – preferred but not mandatory)
