Sales Executive (Shipping & Logistics CRM)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong sales background and prior exposure to the shipping & logistics industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and business challenges within shipping & logistics.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our CRM system effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Open, manage, and close sales deals professionally.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Previous experience in shipping or logistics companies is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • CRM knowledge (preferred).
  • Good understanding of customer behavior and sales processes.
