About The Graduate Academy
The Pipeline Gurus Graduate Academy is a structured entry program designed to develop graduates into professional B2B sales specialists.
This is not a traditional internship. Participants work on real client accounts while receiving hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to build practical enterprise sales skills.
Successful candidates will develop the foundation required to transition into Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development roles.
Key Responsibilities

Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers

Execute outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email

Support pipeline generation for international technology clients

Book and coordinate qualified discovery meetings

Maintain accurate CRM data and activity tracking (HubSpot)

Assist in account research and opportunity qualification
