Job Summary

An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and helping organizations maintain accurate financial information. They analyze financial data, monitor transactions, and support decision-making by providing financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Conduct financial analysis and identify discrepancies.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, ERP, Microsoft Excel).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field..
