Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and professional Accountant to join our finance team. This is a full-time onsite position ideal for individuals who want to build a strong career in accounting and financial management.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, maintaining accurate accounts, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. You will work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure financial transparency, compliance, and efficiency in daily accounting processes.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial analysis within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documentation
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company transactions
• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
• Maintain proper documentation for tax compliance and audits
• Monitor financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Assist in payroll processing when required
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, BBA, or a related field
• Must have 2 years or more of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication and time-management skills

Salary & Benefits
