The PR Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, building strong relationships with industry leaders, universities, and students, and enhancing the company&rsquo;s overall image. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of social media and current industry trends to ensure consistent messaging and maximum outreach.Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns</li><li>Coordinate and manage events to enhance the company&rsquo;s brand visibility and reputation.</li><li>Meet with university officials, industry professionals, and organizational leaders to represent the company and discuss roles and opportunities</li><li>Engage with students to explain company roles, responsibilities, and career opportunities</li><li>Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to maintain clear, consistent, and aligned communication across all platforms.</li><li>Actively monitor recent industry and social media trends to gain insights on improving the company&rsquo;s image and engagement</li><li>Increase marketing outreach and promote the company&rsquo;s brand across relevant platforms and events</li><li>Manage crisis communications and handle sensitive public issues professionally</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>1 &ndash; 2 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand management, preferably in a managerial role (Must to have).</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Strong networking and media relations capabilities</li><li>Experience in event management, engagement with professionals, and corporate communications</li><li>Knowledge of digital PR, social media strategies, and online reputation management</li><li>Skilled in crisis management, problem-solving, and strategic planning</li><li>Leadership and team management abilities</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary Ranges from PKR 50,000 &ndash; PKR 70,000 per month</li><li>Professional growth and career development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Performance-based bonuses and incentive</li></ul>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their updated resume.We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional to our teamPay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Provide a brief overview of your previous PR Manager roles and responsibilities</li><li>Are you willing to work full-time in an in-house position?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>PR Management: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
