Job Description

LimeoX is looking for a skilled and proactive PR Manager to lead the company’s public relations and brand communication efforts. The PR Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, building strong relationships with industry leaders, universities, and students, and enhancing the company’s overall image. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of social media and current industry trends to ensure consistent messaging and maximum outreach.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns
• Coordinate and manage events to enhance the company’s brand visibility and reputation.
• Meet with university officials, industry professionals, and organizational leaders to represent the company and discuss roles and opportunities
• Engage with students to explain company roles, responsibilities, and career opportunities
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to maintain clear, consistent, and aligned communication across all platforms.
• Actively monitor recent industry and social media trends to gain insights on improving the company’s image and engagement
• Increase marketing outreach and promote the company’s brand across relevant platforms and events
• Manage crisis communications and handle sensitive public issues professionally

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 – 2 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand management, preferably in a managerial role (Must to have).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong networking and media relations capabilities
• Experience in event management, engagement with professionals, and corporate communications
• Knowledge of digital PR, social media strategies, and online reputation management
• Skilled in crisis management, problem-solving, and strategic planning
• Leadership and team management abilities
