Assistant Manager Culture

Job Purpose

To develop and support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment and drive the desired organisation culture in line with NFL’s values and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Support the development of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in accordance with NFL’s core values to attract talent and position NFL as an employer of choice
  • Build and promote NFL’s employer brand to help attract, retain, and engage the best talent
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies and programmes, priortising actions/activities for improving employee engagement
  • Work with third-party service providers to develop and implement annual employee satisfaction/engagement surveys
  • Monitor survey results and work with managers across NFL to develop detailed action plans to enhance survey results across all aspects of employees
  • Develop and implement social activities to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement the annual calendar of social events on behalf of NFL
  • Establish the annual internal communication calendar and develop communication content in accordance with the approved schedule of communication
  • Champion employee wellbeing initiatives to drive employee engagement and welfare
  • Manage employee suggestion schemes, ensuring that relevant parties are involved in reviewing and approving employee suggestions
  • Develop and maintain employee recognition programmes which foster a culture that celebrates and values every employee's achievement
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies in compliance with local and laws and regulations and ensure these are properly cascaded to all levels of the company and ensure employee perspective/wellbeing is taken into consideration
  • Stay abreast on innovative trends to enhance employee engagement and welfare.

Minimum Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with 4-6 years of experience

Or

  • Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 2-4 years of experience
