Accountant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of our corporate office in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial records and requires prior experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary function of this role is to accurately manage the flow of financial transactions and documentation:

• Data Entry: Perform high-volume, accurate data entry for all financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Invoicing: Create, file, and distribute sales invoices to clients promptly and professionally.
• Accounts Documentation: Process and document all corporate expenses, ensuring proper authorization and classification.
• Filing & Archiving: Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for all financial records, invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Support: Assist in the preparation of reports for month-end closing procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of dedicated accounting or bookkeeping experience in the UAE corporate sector.
• Proven proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
