Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of Ali Al Mulla Group, which operates multiple brands across diverse business segments. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, working closely with the Chairman, CEO, and senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the group’s growth and long-term objectives. This is a senior leadership role based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the group’s overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across all brands and business units.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple brands and companies within the group.
• Manage finance, accounting, tax, and treasury functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making, expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement financial controls, risk management strategies, and corporate governance processes.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment, strategies, and capital structure decisions.
• Oversee cash flow management, investments, and capital structure decisions across multiple businesses.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the Chairman and CEO.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of senior financial leadership experience in the UAE, preferably managing multiple brands or businesses within a group.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple brands, sectors, or regions.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
