Vice President — Finance

Lead financial strategy. Drive performance. Build the finance function that scales our Abu Dhabi operations.

Who we’re looking for A strategic finance leader with strong commercial acumen, proven team leadership and the technical chops to run financial planning, reporting and risk for a growing regional business.

What you’ll own

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with corporate goals: budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and cash‑flow management.
• Own monthly/quarterly financial close, consolidated reporting, management accounts and board‑level financial presentations.
• Lead FP&A: build driver‑based forecasts, scenario models and actionable insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Manage treasury, working capital, banking relationships and liquidity planning to optimise cash and funding.
• Ensure robust financial controls, SOX‑style governance where applicable, and compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax/regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tax, statutory filings, audits and liaison with external auditors and regulators.
• Drive cost‑efficiency programs, margin improvement initiatives and business partnering with commercial leaders.
• Lead finance transformation: ERP/finance systems, automation, process standardisation and data integrity improvements.
• Build, mentor and scale a high‑performing finance team; define KPIs, career paths and competence‑building plans.
• Support M&A, due diligence, valuations and integration activities as required.

Who you are

• Senior finance leader with 10+ years’ experience and at least 5 years in a regional leadership role (Head of Finance/Finance Director/VP Finance).
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in FP&A, treasury, financial controls, audits and ERP implementations.
• Strong commercial orientation, storytelling with numbers and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Track record of building teams, improving processes and delivering scalable finance operations.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced qualification advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Arabic beneficial.

Pay: AED600.00 - AED1,200.00 per hour
