Accountant

Job Summary
Harmony Med Spa is seeking a part-time accountant (up to 20 hours per week) to support bookkeeping, financial organization, and tax-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who can work independently and efficiently in a small business setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar)
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with monthly financial tracking and reporting
• Support tax preparation and organization
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Monitor expenses and flag discrepancies

Skills

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial concepts, double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and accrual accounting principles.
• 1–2 years of taxation experience (required)
• Experience with small business accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
