Accounting Duties:
- Handle daily accounting activities (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash)
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Manage supplier payments and customer collections
- Prepare monthly financial reports and basic P&L
- Monitor inventory value for pets and accessories
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standards
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the pets gallery
- Maintain records for pets, suppliers, and customers
- Coordinate purchase and sales documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and basic sales coordination
- Support stock tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with management on operational matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1–3 years experience in accounting/admin (retail preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Love for animals is an advantage
