Accountant

Job Title: SR. Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with at least 8 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• With experience in Engineering/construction company
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
