Helen and Sons Business Consultancy FZE is a UAE-based firm providing professional services in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and business setup consultancy. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial records and compliance for our clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax. We prefer candidates who have previously worked in an accounting or bookkeeping consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clients
• Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books
• Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure VAT compliance
• Assist with Corporate Tax registration and filing
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and financial data
• Support audit processes and financial reviews when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in accounting and bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax (mandatory)
• Experience working in an accounting/bookkeeping consultancy firm (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
