Accountant

We are a Dubai-based maintenance and facility management company looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facility management company (preferred)
• Strong experience in Zoho Accounting Software
• Experience in handling supplier and vendor accounts
• Familiarity with maintenance contracts and related financial processes
• Ability to follow up on payments, receivables, and payables
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations
• Handle supplier accounts and reconcile statements
• Monitor maintenance contracts financially
• Track and follow up on payments and collections
• Prepare financial reports as required
