We are a Dubai-based maintenance and facility management company looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facility management company (preferred)
- Strong experience in Zoho Accounting Software
- Experience in handling supplier and vendor accounts
- Familiarity with maintenance contracts and related financial processes
- Ability to follow up on payments, receivables, and payables
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations
- Handle supplier accounts and reconcile statements
- Monitor maintenance contracts financially
- Track and follow up on payments and collections
- Prepare financial reports as required
