Job Description
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports are balancing.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions.
- Notifying & investigating any abnormalities in the disbursement of company funds and ensuring the Finance Operations Manager is adequately informed.
- Cooperating with external auditors to carry out the annual external audit process assisting in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations ensuring the Finance Operations Manager is well informed.
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the accounts receivable.
- Other financial management duties assigned by the Top management.
- Preparing various financial statements for the Finance Operations Manager
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports as requested by the Finance Operations Manager.
- Monitoring and recording financial transactions according to Nitty Gritty & DOMUS policies and regulations.
- Recording, classifying and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards as given by the Head Office.
- Calculating the sales incentives for the targets and performance incentives verified and approved by the Finance Operations Manager.
- Controlling day to day review, check, authorize, prepares, sort, file, email invoices to clients, receipt, correspondence, and other related documents to client, following up with payments, recording and reconciling bank statements (related to receivables) and coordinating the monthly closing exercise as scheduled ensuring the Finance Operations Manager is informed.
- Preparing analysis and summaries of accounts receivable and reconciling with bank statements. Safe keeping and depositing collection money to the bank in a timely manner.
- Preparing the input Tax credit report and ensuring all documentations are in place for the same. Managing all tax related compliance and reporting to the Finance Operations Manager regarding the same.

- Updating accounts payable / receivable & performing reconciliation & processing monthly bank reconciliations ensuring the Finance Operations Manager is informed.
- Maintaining petty cash flow and preparing monthly reconciliation with internal customers and the GL. Ensuring the safety of petty cash/cash in hand, and cheques and other documents.
- Ensuring data entry of all financial transactions in accounting software is done correctly.
- Updating accounts receivable and performing reconciliation and processing monthly bank reconciliations ensuring the Finance Operations Manager is informed.
- Is responsible for all the accounting functions business both financial accounting and management reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the UAE.
