We’re Hiring: Accountant

Location: Multan

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with practical accounting experience (not fresh and not senior-level) who can independently manage routine accounting tasks and support financial reporting functions.

Role Overview

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update general ledger entries and financial records
• Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and payment documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
• Monitor receivables and payables records
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions
• Support audit-related documentation and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data verification
• Assist in maintaining accurate expense tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance)
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Practical understanding of accounting procedures and financial documentation
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software will be preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial handling
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Professional and responsible work approach
