We&rsquo;re Hiring: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) LawyerLocation: DHA Phase 6, Lahore Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)We are looking for an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Lawyer to strengthen our legal and compliance framework. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AML laws, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention, with the ability to advise and protect the organization against legal and regulatory risks.Job Description &ndash; Anti-Money Laundering LawyerThe AML Lawyer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws, regulations, and guidelines, while advising management on legal risks related to financial transactions and regulatory obligations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with AML, CFT, and related regulatory frameworks</li><li>Review, draft, and advise on policies related to anti-money laundering and financial crime</li><li>Conduct legal reviews of transactions, documentation, and customer due diligence (CDD/KYC)</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal bodies when required</li><li>Handle AML-related investigations, notices, and regulatory inquiries</li><li>Advise senior management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies</li><li>Keep the organization updated on changes in AML laws and regulations</li><li>Support internal audits and compliance reporting</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>LLB / LLM from a recognized institution</li><li>Higher Court License is mandatory</li><li>Must be AML Certified</li><li>Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of AML, financial regulations, and corporate compliance laws</li><li>Experience dealing with regulatory authorities will be an advantage</li><li>Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong legal and regulatory interpretation skills</li><li>Attention to detail and risk assessment capability</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters</li><li>Professional judgment and ethical decision-making</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Market-competitive compensation package</li><li>Professional and compliance-driven work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work on complex regulatory and legal matters</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their updated CV.
