Location: Grand City, Kharian
Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Surveillance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of surveillance equipment’s and reporting skills.

Job Description – Surveillance Officer

The role involves observing CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activities, responding to security incidents, maintaining accurate reports, and coordinating with security personnel or other seniors when necessary. Ensures compliance with security policies, supports investigations by reviewing recorded footage, and helps maintain a safe and secure environment through continuous monitoring and prompt incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious or unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report security incidents, safety hazards, and unusual behavior.
• Record and maintain accurate incident logs and surveillance reports.
• Coordinate with security personnel and other seniors.
• Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
• Review recorded footage for investigations and evidence collection.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Conduct routine security checks and support loss prevention efforts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate or diploma in security management or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in security and surveillance.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and security monitoring software.
• Basic computer literacy and report-writing skills.
