CCTV Camera Surveillance Officer

Aesthetics Lab is a leading aesthetic healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and operational excellence. We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Camera Surveillance Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras across all branches in real time.
• Identify, report, and document suspicious activities, security breaches, and operational concerns.
• Prepare daily incident and surveillance reports.
• Coordinate with Managers and relevant departments regarding security-related issues.
• Maintain accurate surveillance records and footage logs.
• Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues to the IT Department.
• Retrieve and review CCTV footage whenever required by management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and company information.
• Follow company security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Graduate) from an HEC-recognized university.
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV surveillance, security monitoring, or a related field will be preferred.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Ability to remain attentive and focused during extended monitoring periods.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential information.
