Grand City is seeking a disciplined, vigilant, and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to lead and oversee the security team at our Faisalabad project. The ideal candidate should have a strong security background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of security guards.
• Ensure effective implementation of security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor access control, patrols, and surveillance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address security risks.
• Train, guide, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high performance and discipline.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Coordinate with management and law enforcement authorities whenever required.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and accountability of security equipment and authorized weapons.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.

Requirements

• Retired personnel from the Pakistan Army or any other Armed Forces are strongly preferred.
• Minimum height: 6 feet (183 cm).
• 3–5 years of experience in security operations, with experience supervising a security team preferred.
• Sound knowledge of security procedures, surveillance systems, security equipment, and authorized weapons.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
