Job Description
- Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
- Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Lead month end, quarter end, and year end closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses.
- Oversee customer invoicing, billing accuracy, and timely posting of receipts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger.
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
- Manage weekly/monthly payment runs and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Oversee the company s credit card program, including issuance, activation, and user compliance.

Review and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 7 years of experience in GL accounting, with exposure to AR, AP, and credit card processes.
- Hands on experience with SAP.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP workflows
