- Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including balance sheets, cash flow, and profit/loss).
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Taxation & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure all financial practices comply with legal regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Auditing & Risk Assessment: Assist with internal and external audits, identify financial risks, and correct any discrepancies or irregularities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Credentials: Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong mathematical abilities and a sharp eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders and management.
