Accountant

As an accountant will be responsible for preparing accounts, budgeting and managing financial information. You could also be advising and helping clients.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Prepare the payment by (all payment channel) for all vendors and suppliers on daily basis, and make sure all payment transaction is attached and filed.
• Handle petty cash (In & Out)
• Prepare invoices, receipt & LPO for the client & Supplier
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyse financial information and summarise financial status
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Be tracking for all transaction (In or Out) – Bank Statement – Credit card
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Driver and Rider salary (Accounting part)
• Make cash salary
• Received the COD with riders and closing with shops.
• Perform other duties as delegated by the Management.
• Deposit and withdraw the cash and checks from and to the bank.
• Vat Return Procedures.
• Register all transaction through the Zoho System (Receivable and payable)
• Maintain Fixed assets and the prepayment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
