Accountant

IBC Group of Business Centers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE accounting, with strong knowledge of VAT regulations, financial reporting, and daily bookkeeping functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of accounting experience in UAE
• VAT knowledge & filing experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks/ERP systems (Any accounting software experience must)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & general computer skills
• Ability to prepare financial statements, balance sheets & P&L
• Strong understanding of payables, receivables & bank reconciliation
• Good knowledge of cash flow management & petty cash handling
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• CMA/CPA certification is a plus
• Immediate joiners will be given priority

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle A/P, A/R, journal entries & ledger maintenance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
• Process VAT returns & ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor expenses, payroll support & invoicing
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Support during audits and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with management and external parties when required
