Accountant

An F&B Accountant oversees financial operations for food and beverage businesses, including inventory control, POS reconciliation, supplier payments, and food cost analysis. Responsibilities include financial reporting, monitoring COGS, managing accounts payable/receivable, conducting stock audits, and ensuring VAT compliance. Candidates must have 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in restaurants or hotels, with strong knowledge of FIFO methods, F&B operations, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
