Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to drive business growth in the lubricants, batteries, and automotive aftermarket maintenance parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market expansion, channel development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets across B2B, wholesale, and retail segments.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities
  • Monitor developments in the lubricants, batteries, and automotive aftermarket industry

Channel Development

  • Develop, maintain, and expand a strong network of channel partners across:
  • B2B segment
  • Wholesale market
  • Retail dealers and distributors
  • Build long-term relationships with dealers and channel partners

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions

Sales & Negotiation

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers and partners
  • Maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships

Product Knowledge & Technical Support

  • Stay updated on:
  • Lubricants
  • Batteries
  • Automotive maintenance parts
  • Market trends and technical specifications
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers

Training & Dealer Support

  • Provide product training and sales guidance to dealers and channel partners
  • Support dealer network development and performance improvement

Inventory Planning Support

  • Provide market insights and recommendations for:
  • Inventory planning
  • Pricing strategies
  • Product demand forecasting

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare:
  • Sales forecasts
  • Budgets
  • Sales reports and market feedback
  • Present insights and recommendations to management

Candidate RequirementsQualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Related field
  • BE / MBA preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Lubricants
  • Batteries
  • Automotive aftermarket parts
  • Related automobile industry
  • Experience in Oman automobile market (commodities / aftermarket segment) preferred

Age Requirement

  • Below 35 years
