Interior Fit-Out / Construction Industry – UAE
We are seeking a skilled Accountant with strong Inventory Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle full accounting functions while ensuring accurate tracking of materials, stock movement, and project-related costs. Experience in the fit-out, joinery, or construction sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations: AP, AR, petty cash, bank reconciliation
- Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and material costing
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, transfers, and consumption
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances
- Coordinate with procurement, storekeepers, and project teams for material updates
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cost summaries, and project cost allocations
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control
- Handle VAT filing, compliance, and documentation
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of UAE experience in accounting with inventory background
- Experience in fit-out, joinery, or construction industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in accounting and inventory software (ERP, QuickBooks etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a proactive work approach

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
