The Post‑Contract QS will be responsible for cost management, variation control, subcontractor evaluation, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of fit‑out materials and methods, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Cost Control &mdash; Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.</li><li>BOQ Review &mdash; Analyze project BOQs, specifications, and drawings to verify quantities and identify discrepancies.</li><li>Variation Management &mdash; Prepare, evaluate, and submit variation claims with full supporting documentation.</li><li>Subcontractor Management &mdash; Review subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and certify monthly payments.</li><li>Material Cost Analysis &mdash; Evaluate material consumption, wastage, and cost trends.</li><li>Commercial Reporting &mdash; Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries.</li><li>Contract Compliance &mdash; Ensure all works comply with contractual terms and project specifications.</li><li>Site Coordination &mdash; Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to validate site progress.</li><li>Final Accounts &mdash; Prepare and negotiate final accounts with clients and subcontractors.</li><li>Documentation Control &mdash; Maintain logs for variations, RFIs, claims, and commercial correspondence.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;10 years of UAE experience in post‑contract QS roles within interior fit‑out or joinery (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, MEP interfaces, and finishing standards.</li><li>Proficiency in cost analysis, rate build‑ups, and commercial documentation.</li><li>Excellent command of Excel, AutoCAD measurements, and QS software.</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer (Fit-Out &amp; Joinery) to support the successful execution of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time project delivery. Your expertise in planning tools, methodologies, and delay analysis will be essential in driving project performance and mitigating risks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning software.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.</li><li>Establish realistic project milestones, critical paths, and activity sequencing.</li><li>Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and analyze any variances.</li><li>Prepare and present periodic progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, delays, and recommended corrective actions.</li><li>Update schedules to reflect actual progress, variations, and changes in scope or resources.</li><li>Identify potential scheduling risks and constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.</li><li>Analyze resource allocation to ensure optimum utilization and prevent delays or bottlenecks.</li><li>Participate in project meetings to review progress, address issues, and propose solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate planning and scheduling documentation throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Support the preparation of Earned Value Management (EVM) reports and KPIs.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and best practices.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on schedule updates and project status.</li><li>Conduct site visits when required to verify progress and assess on-ground constraints.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the fit-out and joinery industry.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).</li><li>Solid understanding of planning techniques such as CPM (Critical Path Method) and PERT.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>UAE driving license is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will handle full accounting functions while ensuring accurate tracking of materials, stock movement, and project-related costs.
