Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our disposable packaging products manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoicing, monitoring receivables/payables, coordinating with production and procurement teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Monitor inventory-related accounting entries and coordinate with stores/production departments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare VAT filings and support tax compliance requirements.
- Process payroll entries and employee reimbursements when required.
- Generate MIS reports, expense analysis, and financial summaries for management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Track manufacturing costs, raw material expenses, and production-related financial data.
- Assist management in budgeting and cost control activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with VAT/Corporate TAX regulations and compliance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of inventory and stock accounting processes.
- ERP system experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
