Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting entries.
  • Record daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audits.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities and monitor financial performance against budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company procedures.
  • Prepare tax-related documents and required government financial reports.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and financial improvement.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial stakeholders when required.
  • Support the finance department with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
