We are a well-established auto spare parts trading company located in Sharjah- Industrial Area . We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented (Accountant) with experience in trading or automotive spare parts businesses to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Manage inventory accounting related to spare parts (stock movement, costing, adjustments)
  • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate invoicing and stock records
  • Assist in monthly and year-end closing
  • Support external auditors and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting (experience in auto spare parts or trading companies is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and costing
  • Familiarity with VAT regulations in the UAE
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
