Role Overview

The CAO will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, faculty performance, and academic quality assurance. This role requires strong leadership, educational expertise, and the ability to align academic programs with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic policies, curriculum frameworks, and teaching standards.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari education regulations and international accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align academic initiatives with organizational vision.
• Lead quality assurance programs, student assessment systems, and accreditation processes.
• Drive innovation in pedagogy, digital learning, and student engagement.
• Mentor academic leaders and foster a culture of excellence in teaching and research.
• Prepare reports for senior management and education authorities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in academic leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari education regulations and international academic standards.
• Proven track record of leading curriculum innovation and accreditation processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural academic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR54,000.00 per month
