Job Overview

Starwalk Systems is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy and operations. This executive role is ideal for a finance leader with a strong background in financial planning, risk management, and organizational growth.

The CFO will oversee all financial functions, support executive decision-making, and ensure the company’s financial health and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage financial risks, compliance, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
• Lead finance teams and ensure operational excellence.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
• Drive financial efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and risk control.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
