Job Overview

Aeromailx Logistics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our operational strategy in Doha, Qatar. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and organizational leadership.

The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategic goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can scale operations, improve processes, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Optimize logistics, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and operational policies.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and operational innovation.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operational teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, partnerships, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO, Operations Director, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational costs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in aviation or airport logistics is highly advantageous.
